Andrew, we love what you can do

  • AI platform work at Figma

Ploy needs engineers who can make AI systems reliable in production. Your current focus maps directly to agents, evals, platform primitives, and developer experience.

  • Two founder chapters

You have already lived the ambiguity this role requires. At Elixir and Omni, you moved between product, code, customers, and company-building without waiting for a clean handoff.

  • Omni, YC S20, and Coinbase

You built a workflow product around reliable answers, took it through Y Combinator, and joined Coinbase through acquisition. Ploy faces a similar trust problem across the full growth workflow.

  • Full-stack range with an AI foundation

You bring Stanford AI training plus experience across web, mobile, React, and technical leadership. That range fits a role built for senior ICs who operate like mini CTOs.

  • How about a new challenge?

Customers already rely on Ploy for high-value work. We are still inventing the integrated system behind it, and the most important technical decisions are ahead.

  • You’ll turn high-end design judgment into reusable primitives, evals, and review loops that can scale across many sites without collapsing into templates or lowering the quality bar.

  • You’ll help build the systems that infer taste from a live site, references, and feedback, represent it as durable context, and apply it consistently across generated pages, ads, and email.

  • You’ll design the shared memory layer that connects brand, site, CRM, campaigns, analytics, and prior decisions, then decide what agents retain, retrieve, and use on the next task.

  • You’ll build both sides of that interface: making Ploy legible and actionable to external agents, while giving Ploy’s own agents the protocols, permissions, and safeguards to build for an agent-mediated web.

  • Work with rockstars

Bryant has done this before. Twice.

    • Vungle

First CTO. Acquired by Blackstone for $780M.

    • Webflow

Co-founder and CTO for 12 years. Last valued at $4B, powering over 1% of the most active websites on the internet.

    • Ploy

The third one, from the ground floor. You would help build it.

And he's assembled the team to do it again.

Ploy is a small, senior team from Apple, DoorDash, Google, Meta, Netflix, Roblox, and Webflow. Everyone operates like a mini CTO and owns a real part of the product.

    How we work

The team is small on purpose. Being senior here means broad ownership, sound judgment under ambiguity, and the ability to make the people around you faster.

  • Own the whole loop

Work with customers, shape the problem, build the system, ship it, and learn from what happens next.

  • Work across the stack

Move across frontend, backend, data, integrations, and AI to solve the whole product problem. Scope grows with impact.

  • High agency

You define the shape of the work and keep momentum without waiting for a perfect brief.

  • Short feedback loops

Founders join customer calls. Engineers work directly with users and stay close to the problems they are solving. Ideas reach production in days, not quarters.
